Working with PageID

I have about 2000 .aspx pages and each pages has following code on top:

<%@ Page Language="C#" Title="Sample Page Name" AutoEventWireup="true" 
MasterPageFile="~/MasterPage.master" PageID="408710575" 
CodeFile="~/myPages/myPageCode.cs" 
CodeFileBaseClass="PageBase" Inherits= "myPageCode"%>

In above code PageID is an attribute which has unique value or say page identification number. 

Now I'm wishing to insert or update or something else operation on database using that PageID value. 

For example, on each .aspx page I have following
