Access to path denied error

I have a website running on SBS 2003 - IIS6.  I develop this site on my desktop machine using Visual Studio and SQL 2005 Express. 

I just made some changes to a page on the devepment server and replaced that page on the server.  Now I get this error:

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path <web page path> is denied

I only added some controls to the page and a couple of event handlers.  I did not change any config info.  I tried putting back the original page, which I copied before replacing.  It gives me the same error.  You can navigate to any page within that folder thru the IE address bar without issue.  When you try this page -same errror.

I have replaced pages on the server from my development machine without issue in the past.  Not sure what happened.
