Automatically Load File into file uploader at the time of page load.

I have  requirement  like these ,I don't want to select or browse  through using file up-loader, at time of  page load i want some default.... "path" ,I have some folder "serverfolder"  in c:\ drive,at time page load ,In that folder  , i have image "image1.jpg", I want to load that image ,by default into "file up loader " ,automatically  "not " select or browse through  and also When I want to change file ,user chance to browse based on his requirement.
Hello folks,Plz Help me in that situation.....No  only basic asp.net  with c#,coding no javascript or jquey ...not we can use javascript not jquery
