I am not sure as to where to post this question so i am posting it here.
How to set a start page in production environment which is an IIS server.
I know your answers would be add that page in Enable Default Document list and move it at the top.
But i noticed something weird. I am not sure if that is the way it should work.
When i set the default document and when i browse in the website...every call i make to any page also calls this default page.
For eg:
If i set default.aspx as default document in IIS. and i have 2-3 pages in the website.
So now if i browse to any of this 2-3 pages, default.aspx would always be called.
Note: If my homepage(default document) is heavy... it will be an performance issue.
I need a comment/opinion from the experts in this matter.
