how take checked value of dynamic created checkbox

i want value of checked checkbox that is created dynamically
as

CheckBox _checkbox = new CheckBox();
for(int i=0;i<=10;i++)
{
_checkbox.ID = Convrt.Tostring(i);

_checkbox.Text =Convrt.Tostring(i);

Panel1.Controls.Add (_checkbox);
}
if some chekbox checked how get id of checked checkbox id
