Can I control the service at the server side?

Hello,

I'm making an administrative website. One purpose of the website is to let a specified windows service to stop. So I use the Stop method of ServiceController class. However, when I access the web page attached on IIS, an Win32Exception was raised telling me access denied. How to set the authorization?
