This is my first time using form authentication, I don't know why it is not working on my site

Here is the web.config:

What I need is very simple: when visitor browse my website, s/he will be taken to Logon.aspx, and if s/he passes the authentication, s/he will be taken to Lead.aspx under the sub folder root\Pages
It is not working, what should be the right setting? Thank you.
