Replace text to repeater and get data!

I have a problem


View this example:


I have a text:

<a href="<-PostUrl->"><-PostTitle-></a>
<br>
</Code>
It must, find above code and replace <Code> to <asp:repeater id=".*" runat=""> and Replace </Code> to </asp:repeater>.
 

I wanna to return sepecia data (gets from database by some records) when user write above code. And replace <-PostTitle-> to sepecial field and <-PostUrl-> to another sepecial field.

How can I?
