Please Help Me With text box textchanged

I have this senrio

1-textbox and listbox.
2-listbox getting data from data base.
3-listbox visble false.

I won't when  textchanged

1-listbox visble true and filter data in listbox by value from textbox.

 any tip or trick will be greatly appreciated
