promble about how to validate values (decimal?integer?negative number)?

I have many TextBox have to validtor when user click the submit button
and I need to validate for all of them..  

    private void SaveBtn_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {

does .net offer a validator control to validate decimal and negative? I only know how to validate is value negative by if (value >=0)
