Jquery not triggering with master page.

Hi,
I have added the jquery reference in the master page and .aspx as given below.
But when i load the form the $(document).ready  function in the .js file is not getting triggered.
When i did a view source i could see all the references to .js files are present.
Please find below the references which i added to master, .aspx and the jquery file content.
Not sure what is wrong.
