WCF

Hey guys, i have a problem when i create a WCF service on my project,

im following the Consuming data with web services  tutorial

Ive created the service, but when i rightclick on it and choose "View in Browser", i get a error:

The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

 

 Also, if i try to add it to my silverlight project, (add service reference) i get this:

There was an error downloading 'http://localhost:4114/ServiceTestWeb/DBS.svc'.
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.
