I tried this for the first time - What happens is that after asking for the user name and then the users Question and Answer - I get a message "Your password has been sent to you". I also find that the password has been changed if I try logging back in with the username. However, I don't receive the email in my inbox. (The test username that I setup is using my own email - so the email works fine).
I also don't see an entry in ubo's sent items?
I don't get any error messages; how do I step through the problem?
