X.509 Certificates not loaded in X509Store in web application

Hi,

I need to use X.509 Certificate in my web application. For this, I have written following code:

Dim objStore As New X509Store(StoreName.My, StoreLocation.CurrentUser)
objStore.Open(OpenFlags.ReadOnly)
For Each objCert As X509Certificate2 In objStore.Certificates
   Dim bln As Boolean = objCert.HasPrivateKey
   objCert = Nothing
Next
objStore = Nothing 
Now the problem is that 2 certificates installed in the Personal system folder are loaded successfully in my another windows application, but the same is working in web application. 

I had generated test certificates using command: makecert -n "CN=Test" -ss My

Can anybody please let me know what I am supposed to do, or what am I missing?!
