Image is not displaying on web application

hi all,

 I am facing difficult in retrieving the image from the database. I have created a panel.Inside that i am trying to display the image Anyhow the code is accessing the database, but the image is not displaying on the web application.It is displaying in a small icon.Can anybody help me how can i resolve this.
