Intercept Shared function completed OR pass .asp element(label ,timer) to a webmethod in code-behind from javascript function OR interact with protected object from shared function.

I'm from italy so sorry form my lenguage.
I want to interact with the form elemente like lable,textbox,and others after javascript has call a shared function in code-behind.
I'm able tu call shared function from javascript but i dont know intercept sharedfunction_complete.
