I would like for my site members to be able to upload a single photo of themself to their profile. However, I need their photo to be automatically named with a standard naming convention (ex. member's "UserName") and I would like to make it where their photo will automatically be scaled to a certain size and given a .png extension.
My thought is that it would be best to have this photo uploaded to my sql server database for easy querying later? Does that sound correct?
I know this is pretty complicated, but if anyone could help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. I am new to all of this and this is a little above my head.
