Trying to consume Web Service class / returns a class C#

Firstly let me say, THANK YOU to anyone who can assist me in this. I know this stuff gets confusing and irritating at times so any point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
 
Also, let me just say that I have done test applications on consuming Web Services. The Web Services I've used have always returned something easy to work with, like a String, or an Integer. The following code seems to be returning a Class. I know that the class has several strings within it, but I do not know how to inherit the class and then manipulate the data.
