The following code works fine for the first button (btnAddRootCause) and creates Text Boxes properly each time it is clicked but the second button( btnAddRecommendation) errors out when it is clicked the fourth time. The error is
Multiple controls with the same ID 'TextBoxR5' were found. FindControl requires that controls have unique IDs.
