plz help me for registration form

Dear  Sir/Madam,
         Im karthik,  got offer to do live proj offer
from USA, doing so from my house(guntur / andhra pradesh), didn't
joined any course but had an idea(which is not at all sufficient to do
proj). i need to carete a login page and registration page as it was my first assignment in my project and i want to store the form data in my sql server 2008 dbtable Users. in my DB tables are Users(firstname,lastname,email,password,CountryID,UserTypeID,StatusID,CreatedDate,ModifiedDate)
,UserType(1-Admin,2-PaidUser,3-Guest)
,Status(1-Active -default)
,Countries(countryid,country) inserted 257 rows.

 
i created stored procedure for new user:
