Would like to do the following:
An ASP.NET 2.0 app has six small screens. Each screen is currently in its own aspx file. I would like to combine them into one aspx, surrounding each screen with an asp:Panel tag and wiring the next/back buttons to show/hide the appropriate panel.
There is an obvious maintenance advantage by rolling everything into one aspx, but would this approach increase the page load time? Do all asp:Panels load in the background upon initial display of the aspx?
