Where is the starting entry point of asp.net

Dear all,
          I have download a open source c sharp program named as cuyahoga. The solution contains
10 project. I can find the starting project. But in the starting project, I cannot find which file is the
starting point for the project. How can I figure out which file is the starting point and then I can
debug it? Thanks.
