I'm at my wit's end. Please help.
I have an ASP.NET page with C# code behind. On it I have a form of asp:textboxes, asp:DropDownLists, and asp:Buttons. When the user clicks a button, I'd like the DropDownList's DataValueField to be passed to a modal window for use in executing a SQL sp.
I have the child page working with a sproc if I were to hardcode the parameter I described above. All I need is to be able to pass that DataValueField to a modal window for use there. No AJAX available, just ASP/C#.
Explanation showing both the parent and child page code and code behind would be greatly appreciated.
