hi
i'm working on project with asp.net c# and sql server 2005
i have a formview where you can insert data, for some reason i have to keep user entered unique id in database field to produce aggregated report.
my problem is if anyone entered same unique id in database system has to warn an error saying "ID ENTERED IS ALREADY EXISTS" rather than asp error page....
any help will be appreciate
