I have been trying to figure this out for a while now, however can't seem to find a way. I have used a fileupload control which allows users to upload files to "D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\upload\" on the server. At the same time, this adds a row into a database table with a unique ID (upload_ID), as well as the file name (fileName).
I then created a gridview which displays all files in the table, showing the file name and the gridview "Delete" column. Currently the file name is just normal text, however I need a way hyperlink it to the actual file itself in "D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\upload\<filename>", so they can click it to open/save the file.
Also, another thing I can't seem to find is how to have the file itself deleted when I click "Delete" for a certain file name. Currently it only deletes the record from the database table.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
