Coordinates of Controls

Is there a way to get the x,y coordinates of asp.net controls using code behind?
Example - If I click on a submit button the code would get the x,y cordinates of a controls location on the page.
Protected Sub SaveButton_Click(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles SaveButton.Click
    Dim x as integer
    Dim y as integer
    x = Textbox1.xcoordinate
    y = Textbox1.ycoordinate
End Sub
