As a developer I have to develop a page (PageData.aspx) that defines standard asp.net controls (textbox, dropdown radio etc) and events implementation in the database.
I am thinking of a blank page with takes values from database for its definition.
Also how do I handle my change of page flow (i.e add a data collection page between PageA.aspx and PageB.aspx)
I also have a story below to explan the need for this.
Can anyone direct me to the right direction/place please.

Developer(s) : our IT Team to develop website www.xyz.com
Client advisors: Non IT team - use this website and customize as per client requirement
Client: normally own as subsite (client1 may own www.xyz.com/chicago , client2 may own www.xyz.com/blah )
