cross-site scripting check for part of the HTML

Hi,

I have a FreeTextEdit that produces HTML, what I want is to eliminate any HTML that might lead to cross-site scripting issue, while I want to leave the rest untouched.
The AntiXSS Library would encode the whole HTML while I am only interested in encoding offending code as I will be using the HTML as-is at a later stage.

Any help?
