Command Line error, path

Hi!

I Want to use a command line to Encode videos. but I get error when Iam adding the path...
I have also tried with Server.Mappath (~/upload/temp/Lake.wmv)
I have also tried with C:\\Users\\Ocean\\Documents\\Visual studio 2008\\upload\\temp\\Lake.wmv


If I guess the error comes because "Visual Stuiod 2008" has spaces. How Can I handle Spaces when sending command line???????
