how to refer a variable whose name is stored in a string

 Hi,
 I am trying to submit same data on different web sites, for this purpose i need to map the data fields with each web site. I have created a table that contains three fields "Web site","Field name on web site" and "Field name in my application". i have already created classes that is like Customer.name, Customer.city etc. Now i want to store these values in the table:
Website1,CustName, Customer.Name
Website1,CustCity, Customer.City
Website2,CName,Customer.Name
Website2,CCity,Customer.City

 and so on....
So that i can map the fields on different web sites.
Now the problem i am facing is how to refer to my class property like this:
dr1("WebsiteFieldName") = dr2("MyFieldName") that should act like this:
CustCity = Customer.City and so on.
I am so much confused, can somebody help me urgent!!!
