Base class for Pages and User Control

 Hello everyone,
I was wondering if there is a way to make a base class for asp.net pages and User control? Currently I have one base class for Pages and one base class for User controls, I use it to inherit any pages and user controls, but this way is complicated because most of the code is duplicated and if changes made to one page has to be made to another.
