How to insert data into 3 table with a single sqlcommand/sp...help

Hi,

 I have 3 table :Customer(),Address and OnlineUsers with identity and PK set and  the last two are referenced by FK to first table.

The problem is how to insert into these tables with single command or sp.

Plz. help me with sample code.
