I apologize if this is the wrong forum to post to but I have an odd problem. I'm checking the signature of an XML file being posted to my application. It seems to work just fine on Vista but when deployed to Windows 2003 64-bit, it is noticeable slow (10 - 30 secs).
System:
Window 2003 64-bit (updated with all current service packs as of yesterday according to Windows Update)IIS 6
ASP.NET 3.5 Any pointers on where / how to investigate? I'm new to .NET so any pointers would be greatly appreciated. I should note the X509 certificate is a test certificate. However, Vista shows no noticeable delay with the code.
