How to delete the p3p cookie?

Hi All

      We have two application, one is portal and other one is sharepoint application. In portal we have placed the sharepoint application in iframe. Once the user logs in the portal they can see the sharepoint application. we have added the "P3P" in the header of the sharepoint login page.

         If the user logged out of the portal application we are not able to log out them from the sharepoint application. We are not able to clear the P3P cookie. So how do we delete the P3P cookie in order to sign off the user from the sharepoint application.
