I'm using MVC, followed the tutorial, and with the "out of box" functionality of Forms Authentication, I was trying to add a country, city, and state fields into the database. Specifically, into the dbo.aspnet_Membership table. After adding them the "out of box" code still works but I can't seem to get a good starting point for adding code into the .cs file so that country, city, and state information from the Registration page will get saved.

So --- this leads me to wonder -- is it even possible (or even a good idea) to add database fields to the default tables with Forms Authentication? I'd like to customize this so that I can get a whole user profile.

Thank you in advance.
