As some of you may have noticed I've been having a slight problem with web authorization issues lately.  I have a new VB/Dot Net 2.0  web app.

In my web.config I have the declaration:
<authentication mode="Windows"/>
  <identity impersonate="true" />

In the IIS, I have disabled anonymous access for the published version of this app.  If I'm reviewing my cert manuals correctly, this should insure that everything is running under my own network permissions.  (Please correct me if this assumption is wrong.)

Given that, I have declared an OleDb connection in my main page to write to a FoxPro Dbf on another server.  I have admin status on both the web and the file server.  The directory containing the file is accessible by both mapped drive letter and by full network address (\\<server name>\FileDir)  from both the web ...

Go to the complete details ...
