Okay, I have followed the instruction on this thread. For some reason, the page inside the iFrame is acting kind of wierd.
In the Event page, it has this code for the user to "Click here" to register.

return strLink;
}
It returns to a Lable control on the DetailsView control.
And here's the page holds the iFrame.
