Activex Control is not displayed in web form

Hi All,
 
I have one problem.I have created one activex control in VB 6.Now I am using this control in my web form using object tag.When I dont include <PARAM> tag inside <Object> tag then control is displyed in web form perfectly.But When I include <PARAM> tag inside <Object> tag then control does not get displyed.What can be the reason.
 
Any help will be appriciated.
