How to open .exe program which installed on client machine asp.net C#

Hi, Does anybody know how to open .exe program which was installed on client machine? All the client machines have installed the window program and the .exe file saved on path D:\Registration\Registration.exe. I have a web page with button named "Registration". So when user clicks on this button, I need to open up that window program. I wish to know how we can open the window application thru the button Click Event on the web page. Please advice. Thanks.
