entering multiple column data in listbox

Hi experts i have a problem, i hope u can help me.  have table which has two columns lastname and first name.

i have  a list box and i am binding listbox thru database table. my problem is i want to display full name in list box or u can say multiple column data in a listbox. plz help me. here is my code:-
