Creating a membership application in VWD in remote control.

I can created a database and use the security controls in local mode and signed on as the Administrator using ASP.NET 3.5 and Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition. I don't have the same options in remote mode as I do in local mode.



So how do I create the database?

When I drop in the security controls into the web application (the .aspx file), How do I connect the security controls to the database? ...
