Accessing a page without redirecting

Hi,
I'm trying to access a page (test.asp) from the Page_Load of  resource.aspx without redirecting to test.asp. Basically, I just need to hit the test.asp page before continuing with the rest of the calls in resource.aspx Page_Load.
 
Any help is appreciated.
