Idea on how to Edit data?

I have an Issue I have 3 tables

1 table is catagorys

1 is companys

1 is companycatagorys

The company catagorys holds both other table ID's because many companys can be in many catagorys

What would be the best way to edit the data in my DB on asp.net preferably vb but c# will work also.

Please help!
