What is the best way to allow certain users to add comments on a webpage??

 Hi All,
I have a front end of sorts with a couple of graphs with some financial information. I want to have some users add comments about this financial information.
What is the best way to do this? Would I use a text box? Create a blog? Or is there another tool designed for this sort of thing. I am a newbie to asp.net and wanted some expert advice as to the best way to do this ( offer some links etc)
 Cheers
