How to add a line feed into a Panel when added controls dynamically?

I have a panel that I am adding LinkButtons to dynamically in VB.net.

The issue is that is does not place each LinkButton on a new line but rather one after another.

Any way around this? Below is my code.

 'Open the Usernamed XML file is it exists. Then Dynamically add
'LinkButtons to the Auto Response window.
