Hi all of you,
Primary platform is Framework 2.0
My current development machine -laptop- is a Windows 7 OS 32-bit. I'm using Sql2k5 Express Edition and my app is a desktop one.
I'm moving for a while (one month approx) to other laptop running Windows 7 OS 64-bit and Sql2k8 64 bit Express Edition.
I wonder how can I develop for that time in such machine without compatibility problems when I gonna back to the old one. AS far as I know in my Visual Studio I can define the output of the EXE (either 64 or 32) but my main concern is rdbms.
What can I do in order to create all the tables, views and stored procedures and then be able to take them back again in my Sql2k5? I've done some research but I don't find the way to create a backup maintaining the Sql2k5 compatibility.
The idea to script individually each object (schema and data) is something which seems hard...

And forget about changing the RDBMS in my clie ...

Go to the complete details ...
