How to get database script (.sql file) using Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate. I can't see option like 'Publish to Provider' that we saw in Visual Studio 2010. I think 'Database publishing wizard' is no longer supported in VS2012, so what is alternative? Is there somthing up with NuGet like "Update-Database -Script -SourceMigration: $InitialDatabase -TargetMigration: AddPostAbstract"? Need Help.
