Sliding expiration without MEMBERSHIP

Hi,

I am having a website, which doesnt use  any memebership provider,  authentication is done, by sql command,

now i want to  restrict the login to single user, in that case, i require to check for session timeouts, how can i set

the sliding expiration in this case??
