Help needed on error when loading the form

 I have a page that loads a grid in a update panel. The update panel / grid is refreshed every 5 seconds. I have found some code that responds with the row/cell value when a cell is clicked. I have the code below as well as the code behind. The error occurs when the grid loads, but only when the grid loads. Also the mdlOrigAccPopUp fails to show when the releven column/cell is clicked  even though the correct data is passed through and the ShowOrigAccPopUp function is fired. The ShowTransactionDetailPopup does fire ok.  Any suggestions?
