Im getting this HRESULT 0x800A03EC error when trying to read/open the file.
The setup is as follows:
Server :
Operating Service : Windows Server 2008
Office : Microsoft Office 2003
Website : My application (That reads files from uploaded XLS)
Developer PC :
Operating Service : Windows XP Service Pack 3
Office : Microsoft Office 2003
Website : My Application (Running in debug mode) Works 100%
